Tuesdays with Kris

I am bored here at home. I think i'll go workout. Man, i am so out of shape. I'll never let it get this bad again, unless, being fat suddenly becomes the "in" thing. Hmmm, what should i do today?? Run then lift or lift then run. I heard somewhere on the radio that it's better to do cardio before you lift because it improves your metabolism. I think i might do that. But i hate lifting weights all sweaty. Maybe i'll just bring an extra T-shirt or some towels to wipe me down. I'm trying to grow my hair and i'm already hating it. I can't wait to shave it off. Tine wants me to do something different with my hair, but i warned her that i don't look as sexy with long hair. haha. I think i'm going to track my weight and exercises on this blog. So... as of today, i weigh a whopping 228.6 lbs. Hmmm, the scale must be off or broken or something. haha. That's not ballin.

Today, I will attempt to...
-Run 1 mile
-Jump rope at least 400 times
-Perfect Push up workout
-Biceps

I think that's good enough for my first day. Going to 24. Will be back.
